So I have an MSI 970A SLI Krait Edition on my Win 7 64-bit PC that is a little over 6 months old now. I used a few different WLAN PCI-E cards for internet, but I decided to hardwire instead. The motherboard has one built-in Ethernet port, and the drivers are all up to date. I reinstalled them (off of the included CD and also off of the MSI website), and right-clicked and selected 'troubleshoot connections'. The computer indicates that there is no connection at all- to the LAN or to the Internet, and it states that 'There might be a problem with the Local Area Network Connection adapter', 'The wired network adapter is experiencing problems', and at the end of the troubleshooter, 'There might be a problem with the driver for the Local Area Network Connection adapter'. I'm pretty sure it isn't a router issue; I have other devices connected to the router (wirelessly and through Ethernet). Any ideas?
